Our Team

From 1987 to 1995 he worked in Mediobanca where – in addition to carrying out M & A activities – he participated as Advisor to the restructuring of large Italian industrial groups; he also managed, as project manager, the debt restructuring of the Arvedi group (about € 500 million from about 60 Institutes).
He later joined the company participating in the turnaround of the RCS group in the role of Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, with the responsibility for extraordinary transactions and for the administration, control and legal areas.

From 1999 to 2013 he was Chief Executive Officer of several industrial and service companies: first in RCS Diffusione, then in various local publications of Corriere della Sera, in Gazzetta di Parma and in the Oro Cash group.
In these roles he gained experience in reorganization of processes, integration and rationalization of organizational structures, revision of information systems and implementation of ERP.

He has a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University, he is also a chartered accountant and a member of the “crisis, restructuring and business reorganization” commission of the Milan Order of Chartered Accountants.
