It was a great pleasure to have hosted the annual WIL Group conference in Monza. This year’s theme: “Growing in the era of uncertainty”.

What strategies do we adopt in the current climate of instability? This is the question that we tried to answer during the conferences held from 5 to 7 October.
The current geopolitical climate and the impact on decision-making processes, actions from an ESG perspective and Digital Transformation are just some of the topics covered to understand how to face short, medium and long-term challenges.

A clear picture emerged, which reaffirms the centrality of Interim Management to face the changes taking place.
